National Registration Card (NRC), valid passport, or driver's licence. Clear copy of front and back required.

Selfie Holding Your ID

A clear, well-lit photo of you physically holding your ID. This confirms the document belongs to you.

Active Phone Number

Your Zambian mobile number. Used for transaction verification and communication.

Proof of Address

Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and residential address. Must not be older than 3 months.

Source of Funds Declaration

A brief written declaration of where your funds originate — e.g. salary, business income, savings, or remittance. Required for AML compliance.

All documents handled in strict confidence and used only for KYC/AML verification.

How to submit

We review submissions within 1 business day and confirm approval by the same channel you used to submit.

How long it takes

Submitting your documents takes about 10 minutes. Review and approval typically happens within 1 business day, often the same day.

⚠ Photo quality matters

Blurry, cropped, or poorly lit photos will delay your approval. Ensure all text on your ID is fully visible and legible before submitting.

Business KYC requirements

For companies, partnerships, NGOs, and any entity trading on behalf of an organisation. Business onboarding requires both entity and director verification.

Business Name & Registration Number

Full legal name of the business as registered, and the company/organisation registration number.

Certificate of Incorporation / Registration

Official certificate issued by PACRA (Patents and Companies Registration Agency) or the relevant authority for your jurisdiction.

Business Address

Physical registered address of the business. A utility bill or official business correspondence confirming this address (not older than 3 months).

Nature of Business

A brief description of what your business does, the industry it operates in, and the purpose of your crypto transactions.

Source of Business Funds

Documentation or declaration of where the business funds originate — e.g. business revenue, investment capital, grants. Required for AML compliance.

Bank Account Details

Name of the bank, account name, and account number of the business's primary operating account.

Letter of Authorisation

If someone other than a director is submitting on behalf of the business, a signed letter of authorisation on company letterhead is required.

Contact Details

Active phone number and email address of the authorised contact person for day-to-day trading communication.

📋 Beneficial Ownership

We may require a list of all beneficial owners holding 25% or more of the business. Each beneficial owner may be required to submit personal KYC documents as well.

🌍 Cross-border businesses (DRC, Malawi, Zimbabwe)

Businesses based outside Zambia using our procurement payment service must complete full business KYC before any supplier payments are made. Equivalent registration documents from your home country are accepted.

Depending on the nature of the business, transaction volumes, or countries involved, we may request additional documentation. We will always communicate clearly about what is needed and why.
